Christian Gridley founded Madison Financial so he could work one-on-one with home owners and share the knowledge he gained working for a national wholesale mortgage lender, which gave him a deep understanding of how lenders evaluate loan applications.

A graduate of St. Cloud State University, Christian is a member of the National Mortgage Broker Association and has also been published in the Scotsman Guide - a national broker publication.  He currently serves on the board of directors for the Dane County YMCA and is active with the local Chamber of Commerce.  He and his wife Jill, owner of a Pilates studio in Madison, enjoy outdoor sports such as biking, camping, and fly fishing, and love to cheer on the Badgers.

 Pat joined Madison Financial in May 2007 bringing 12 years of mortgage experience with her.  Pat and her family owned Buyers Mortgage where Pat served as the Office Manager for many years.  After years of dedicated service to their clients under the Buyers Mortgage name, they have recently made the decision to merge their clients with Madison Financial for a truly great partnership.

Pat loves hearing from past clients and enjoys helping all clients with their mortgage needs as well as assisting the Home Loan Consultants at Madison Financial's clientele.  The dedication of Pat's clients truly show her experience and longevity in this industry as many times you will see her clients refer not only their friends , but also their grown children to Pat.  Pat has a heart to help you the consumer and be sure that you are taken care of.  Her attention to detail and organization make her a great asset to the Madison Financial Team!

In her free time Pat enjoys traveling, scrapbooking, reading, gardening, and going out to dinner.  Summer weekends are spent with her husband at their cottage.
